Life Innovation Investment & Construction Company Limited was established under business registration certificate No. 3502334435, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, for the first time on May 5, 2017, with the charter capital of 1 billion VND. By 2020, the company’s charter capital increased to 13 billion VND.

Life Innovation is gradually affirming its strength through the construction of infrastructure for many major general contractors such as Unicons; the design and construction of townhouses, high-rise buildings, and electrical systems; and waterproofing treatment. . Life Innovation is currently the exclusive distributor of Maipei (Italy) in Ba Ria Vung Tau Province for additives and waterproofing chemicals. The company has been granted Construction Certificate class II.
